1. Mumbai has those signs everywhere too, they just say absurd things like &quot;No helmet = hell met&quot;. Stunning.

2. I don&#039;t know how &quot;progressive&quot; having signs up in English is. This is a point that continues to bother me (and Baba) about India. Yes, a lot of people read/write in English, but the majority of the population definitely doesn&#039;t. Why not use the vernacular?</description>
